Wilma Maudeen Martin

Wilma Maudeen Martin, age 86, resident of Porter went to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, February 2023 in Porter, Oklahoma surrounded by her family.  Wilma was born on November 23, 1936 in Coweta, Oklahoma to Lloyd Lee and Flossie Lee (McMillian) Victory.  Wilma attended school in Coweta.  She worked as a cook and waitress at Shiloh’s Restaurant in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma for many years.  Wilma enjoyed cooking, rodeoing, riding motorcycles, horses, embroidery work, seamstress work, but most of all she was known for her pies.

Wilma is survived by her daughter, Wilma Victory of Porter, Oklahoma; her son, Eugene Londagin of Coweta, Oklahoma; 15 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren; her siblings, Carol Bowlin of Porter, Oklahoma, Jerri Egleson and husband Danny of Paradise, California, Paulette McClain of Porter, Oklahoma, Phyllis Schoel and husband Rick of Yuba City, California, Gerry Strawmier and companion Glenn Pope of Yuba City, California, Derrell Victory of Bakersfield, California, Debra Corley and husband Keith of Porter, Oklahoma, and Becky Patterson and husband Todd of Westville, Oklahoma; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Wilma was preceded in death by her parents Lloyd Lee and Flossie Lee Victory, her daughter, Sheila Thomas, her brother, Donald E. Victory, and her sister, Ruth Rosamond.

Visitation will be from 5:00 – 8:00 PM on Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at Brown Funeral Home in Coweta, Oklahoma.  Services celebrating Wilma’s life will be at 11:00 AM on Thursday, February 23, 2023 at Abundant Rain Church in Coweta, Oklahoma with Pastor Ron Spradlin officiating.  Wilma will be laid to rest at Greenwood Cemetery in Porter, Oklahoma.
