William White

William "Bill" Henry White, 77, of Stillwater, OK, died Friday, February 15, 2013 after a brief illness. Bill was born to the late Nathaniel and Winnie White on June 17, 1935 in Spring Creek, OK. Bill graduated from Fort Sill Indian High School and received a B.Ed. from Southeastern State University in 1958. He married Norma Jo Sarty in 1957. Bill was a Salesman for McKesson Drug Company for 31 years. Bill is survived by his wife, Norma White and four children: daughter, Geneva Slavin and husband, Tommy, son, William Alan White and wife, Linda, daughter, Lisa Clarke and husband, Bart and son, Byron White. Grandchildren are: Shawn Slavin, Kristi Barrett, Trent Dodson, Whitnie Clarke, Walker Clarke, Lauren White, Summer Scullin, Shea Scullin, Bryn White and Dalton White. Great grand children are Drake, Kristlyn, Avery, Kyla, Eastyn, Everleigh, Hensley and Kai. Bill is also survived by his sister, Peggy Swanson and family. Bill was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Kenneth and Marlin and one sister, Thelma. Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 am Tuesday, February 19, 2013 at the First Baptist Church in Coweta with Pastor Freddy Burden, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in Vernon Cemetery in Coweta. Pallbearers are Shawn Slavin, Trent Dodson, Walker Clarke, Homer Sarty, Chad Barrett, Drew Hays and Tommy Slavin.
