April 9, 2012 William Darryl "Bill" Fry, age 63, of Tulsa, died unexpectedly on April 4, 2012. He was born on August 8, 1948 to Joseph Fry, Jr. and Leona Bluejacket. He is survived by his ex-wife and good friend, Betty Jamison; sister, Carroll Fry; father, Joseph Fry, Jr.; sons, Kenneth Fry and wife Elizabeth and Kody Fry; daughters, Kimberly Cousins and husband Robert and Kelli Fry and husband Jerry Bailey; eight grandchildren; one great grandson; and numerous other family members and friends. Bill was preceded in death by his mother, Leona; brother, Joe Dean Fry; and granddaughter, Lauryn Elizabeth Cousins. He graduated from Nowata High School in 1966 and attended NEO in Miami, OK. Bill served industry and was once the VP of the largest home building company in Oklahoma. Later in his life, Bill served his city as a building inspector and security professional. He also served as a reserve Deputy Sherriff in Tulsa County for 20 years. Bill was an avid Boy Scouter who enjoyed camping, fishing and boating. Visitation will be from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM on Saturday, April 7, 2012 at Kennedy-Kennard Funeral Home in Broken Arrow. A service will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, April 9, 2012 at the South Lakewood Baptist Church in Tulsa.
