William Randell Cloud, known to friends and family as “Will”, resident of Broken Arrow, passed away on Monday, June 5, 2023, at the age of 69 at Ascension St. John Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was born on November 20, 1953, in Odessa, Texas, to Arthur Clyde and Lucy Eleanor (Frazier) Cloud.

Will was a proud veteran of the United States Navy, serving from March 1971 to July 1972. After his service, he continued his education, earning an associate degree from Rose State College in Midwest City, Oklahoma. Will built a successful career as a carpenter in the construction industry until he became disabled.

In his free time, Will enjoyed traveling with Cecilia. The two shared many adventures and created countless memories together.

Will is survived by his sisters, Carolynn Sue King of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, and Ruth Wiggs and husband John of Jenks, Oklahoma; his sister-in-law, Donna Cloud; his special friend and caregiver, Cecilia Grimes of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur Clyde and Lucy Eleanor Cloud, and his brother, Curtis Cloud, Sr.

Although there are no services planned for Will, his memory will live on in the hearts and minds of those who knew him.

Will's legacy will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to know him.
