Wanda Jean Newman

July 7, 2013 Wanda Jean Newman passed from this life on July 5, 2013 in Broken Arrow, OK at the age of 76 years. Wanda was born on October 21, 1936 in Tulsa, OK to James Raymond Dodge and Eula Mae Shelton. She worked for Tulsa Public Schools. Wanda loved to listen to music, dance, feed ducks, ride her bike, and be outside. She was a wonderful woman who loved her family and will be missed dearly. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Sammy Dodge, and sister Mary Louise Furr. Wanda is survived by her children Christopher Eugene Newman, and Steven Gary Newman , brother Joe Dodge, and five grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 3 PM-6 PM on Saturday July 6, 2013 and a Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday, July 7, 2013 at Broken Arrow Nursing Center .
