Viola Mae Hamilton

A memorial service celebrating the life of Viola Mae Hamilton will be at 10:00 AM Saturday, August 4, 2018 at Brown Family Funeral Home Chapel in Coweta, OK. Pastor Derek Jewell will officiate the service. Viola Mae Hamilton, age 85, resident of Broken Arrow passed away on Tuesday evening, July 31, 2018 at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa, OK. Viola was born on April 21, 1933 in Wagoner County, OK to Lewis Malcom and Mattie Idell (Clark) Easley. She worked as a cook at Luby's for many years until she retired in 1995. Viola enjoyed fishing and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Viola was preceded in death by her parents, Lewis Malcom and Mattie Idell Easley, 4 brothers, Alf, Robert, Howe and Earl and 2 sisters, Lorene and Edna. Viola is survived by 6 children, Betty Neumeyer and husband John of Council Hill, OK, Bill Reyburn of Arizona, Marie McClure and husband Roger of Broken Arrow, OK, Jerry Clausing of Council Hill, OK, Cindy Garrett and husband Larry of Council Hill, OK and Valerie Austin and husband Tim of Broken Arrow, OK; 13 grandchildren, Ed Hewitt and wife Deana, Glenda Fowler and husband Paul, Rhonda Rutherford and husband Joe, Jim Hewitt and wife Judy, Charley Hewitt, John Hewitt and wife Dottie, Rodney McClure and wife Mandy, Kristi McClure, Chris Garrett and wife Amy, Rusty Garrett, Jordan Garrett and wife Promise, Taylor Latta and Rylee Austin; 18 great grandchildren; 12 great-great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
