Truman Lee "Chike" Replogle, Sr.

Truman Lee "Chike" Replogle, Sr., age 91, resident of Wagoner, OK went to be with his Lord and Savior on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Center in Muskogee, OK surrounded by his family. Chike was born on July 17, 1926 to George Dewey "Dude" and Hester (Cobb) Replogle in Broken Arrow, OK. He was a proud veteran of the United States Army. He enlisted in the Army on February 27, 1945 and was honorably discharged on October 21, 1946. Chike married the love of his life, Vivian Juanita Coonce on August 12, 1945 in Coweta, OK and she preceded him in death on May 23, 2010. He worked at Memorial Park Cemetery in Tulsa, OK as Park Foreman for 30 years until he retired in 1998. Chike was also a Mechanic and worked on big trucks. He enjoyed attending Coweta Assembly of God. He enjoyed working in the yard, especially mowing. Chike was preceded in death by his wife, Vivian Juanita Replogle, his parents, George "Dude" and Hester Replogle, 3 daughters, Janice Kay, Mary Easley and Linda Stevens and 1 daughter-in-law, Beverly Replogle. Chike is survived by 3 sons, Jack Replogle and wife, Anna of Stigler, OK, Bill Replogle of Coweta, OK and Truman "Buddy" Replogle and wife, Paula of Porter, OK; 3 daughters, Pat Graves and husband, Charles of Coweta, OK, Diana Watkins of Wagoner, OK and Mindy Brown and husband, Willie of Coweta, OK; 2 sisters, Violet Pearson of Coweta, OK and Faye Runnells and husband, John of Coweta, OK; 1 brother, Russell Replogle and wife, Dolly of Broken Arrow, OK; 2 sons-in-law, Delmar Easley of Coweta, OK and Frank Stevens of Porter, OK; 17 grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends. Viewing will be from 9 a.m. - 8 p.m. on Thursday, February 22, 2018 at Wright-Brown Family Funeral Home with the family present from 5-7 p.m. Services celebrating Chike's life will be at 10 a.m. on Friday, February 23, 2018 at Coweta Assembly of God in Coweta, OK with Pastor Steve Lee and Pastor Chap Replogle officiating. Burial with full military honors will follow in Vernon Cemetery in Coweta, OK. Pallbearers are Junior Brown, Billy Joe Replogle, Justin Replogle, Jimmy Brown, Vincent Replogle, Charlie Replogle, Andy Brown and Roy Ward. Honorary Pallbearers are Lonnie Replogle and Robbie Brown.
