Tracy Ann Tackett-Fields, age 46, resident of Coweta passed away on Friday, April 7, 2017 in Tulsa, OK. Tracy was born on April 5, 1971 to C.F. and Cheryl (Laird) Tackett in Little Rock, AR. She married Phillip E. Fields on July 14, 1992 in Muskogee, OK. Tracy was preceded in death by her grandparents. Tracy is survived by her husband, Phillip E. Fields; her mother, Cheryl Tackett; her father, C.F. Tackett; 3 children, Katherine Fields-Andrews, Daniel Vincent Fields and Christian Alexander Fields; 1 sister, Cynthia Tackett-Murphy; 3 grandchildren, Christopher, Luke and Jason; and numerous other relatives.
