Timothy Wilson Pitts

Timothy Wilson "Timmy" Pitts, age 73, of Broken Arrow passed away on Friday afternoon, February 8, 2019 at St. Francis Hospital South in Tulsa OK. Timmy was born on July 9, 1945 in Wagoner, OK and was the son of Woodrow Wilson and Goldie Fay (Fidler) Pitts. He was a proud veteran of the United States Army. Timmy enlisted in the Army on November 7, 1967 and was honorably discharged on September 2, 1969. Timmy is survived by one sister, Betty Brooks and husband, Carl of Broken Arrow, OK; one nephew, Darrell Brooks and wife, Susie of Broken Arrow, OK; one niece, Sonya Wolfe and husband, Clifton of Rattan, OK; and numerous cousins and other relatives. Timmy was preceded in death by his parents. A graveside service will be at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 28, 2019 at Fort Gibson National Cemetery in Fort Gibson, OK.
