Timmy Dale Ellis

Timmy Dale Ellis, age 23, of Coweta passed away Sunday evening, March 2, 2014 at St. John Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. He was born on March 3, 1990 in Tulsa, OK and was the son of Travis Ellis and Julie (Bacon) Tackett. Timmy was a 2009 graduate of Coweta High School. He worked at Mazzio's as a cook for 5 years and at Da/Pro Rubber Inc. for 3 years. Timmy and Brittany Green were married on June 16, 2013 in Sapulpa, OK. He enjoyed fishing, going to the lake, playing Call of Duty: Black Ops and spending time with his wife, his son, Alex, his mother and his family. He was preceded in death by his father, Travis Ellis, his grandparents, Cliff and Joan Shanklin and his grandpa, Fred. Timmy is survived by his wife, Brittany Ellis of the home; his mother and dad, Julie & Dean Tackett of Coweta, OK; his son, Alex Green; 2 sisters, Tara Ellis and Brittany Tackett; his grandpa, Dale Ellis; his great grandma, Maxine Bryan; his mother-in-law, Kimberly Goulet; his brother-in-law and best friend, Hunter Green; his brother-in-law, Dawson Little; his sister-in-law, Kelsey Baker; 2 nieces, Jasmine Little and Hayley Green; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends. Funeral services for Timmy are scheduled for 2:00 pm on Friday, March 7, 2014 at Lone Star Baptist Church in Coweta, OK with Pastor Jim Green officiating. Committal prayers and interment will follow in Vernon Cemetery in Coweta. Pallbearers are Brittany Tackett, Franky Burchett, Chris Foster, Hunter Green, Dawson Little, Jonathan Maxwell and Bradley Burchett.
