Terri Darnell

Terri Lynne Darnell, age 52, of Broken Arrow, OK passed away Sunday, February 24, 2013 at St. Francis Hospital South in Tulsa, OK. Terri was born on October 30, 1960 in Muskogee, OK and was the daughter of Mary Louise Murrill and Terry Joe Darnell. Terri was a 1978 graduate of East Central High School in Tulsa. After graduating high school, she then attended Tulsa Junior College. Terri worked as a manger at Texaco Star Mart for 3 years. Terri enjoyed crocheting, crafts, leather work, flowers, working in the garden, canning, spending time with children and she loved her dogs and bird. Terri touched many lives with her beautiful personality and she had a wonderful sense of humor. Terri is lovingly survived by her mother and step-father, Mary and Jake Dodson of Broken Arrow, OK; her sister, Michelle Gardner of Coweta, OK; her life-long friend, Cathy Bright of Bartlesville, OK; her niece, Jayna Darnell of Broken Arrow, OK; her nephews, Tyler Robertson and wife, Kim, of Broken Arrow, OK, Jake Robertson of Broken Arrow, OK and P.J. Gardner of Coweta, OK; her great niece, Sara Louise Robertson of Broken Arrow, OK; and other relatives and friends. Terri was preceded in death by her father, Terry Joe Darnell, her brother, Danny Joe Darnell, her grandmother, Mayme Darnell and her grandparents, Herman and Ruby Brown. Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 AM Thursday, February 28, 2013 at Wright-Brown Funeral Home Chapel in Coweta, OK with Rev. Jack Corp officiating. Pallbearers are Boyd Runnels, Robert Bright, Kenny Darnell, Ray Wolf, Jared Runnels, Chris Bright, J.R. Taggart and Blake Taggart.
