Shirley Bogle

Shirley J. Bogle, age 72, of Coweta passed away Saturday evening, January 12, 2013 at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa, OK. Shirley was born on May 1, 1940 in Coweta, OK and was the daughter of Elzie and Fannie (Jackson) Gilbert. Shirley and Charles Bogle were united in marriage on June 4, 1959 and he preceded her in death in 1986. Shirley was a loving homemaker for most of her life. Shirley enjoyed playing bingo at the casino, drawing, reading the Bible and cooking. Shirley will be missed as a loving and caring mother, sister, grandmother, great grandmother and friend. Shirley was preceded in death by her husband, her parents and a grandson, John Wayne Newberry. Shirley leaves behind to honor her memories, 2 daughters, Kimberly Granger and husband, Jimmy, of Wagoner, OK and Rhonda McCaleb of Tulsa, OK; 7 siblings, Kenny Gilbert, Edna Carver, Lareva Baker, Elois Smith, Barbara Tuthill, Gary Gilbert and Darla Simpson; 4 grandchildren, Charlie Bogle, Jennifer Folkner, Danny McCaleb and Heather Granger; 5 great grandchildren, Krystie, C.J., Katelynn, Lacy and Payton; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
