Sharon Kay Ore, age 47, of Haskell passed from this life on Monday, June 15, 2009 at Muskogee Regional Medical Center in Muskogee surrounded by her loving family. She was born on July 4, 1961 in Tulsa, OK to Ray C. and Mildred (Stone) Cox. Sharon was a loving mother, daughter, sister, and grandmother to her family. She attended school in Haskell and graduated from Haskell High School in 1979. She also attended Oklahoma Christian College for 2½ years. Sharon was a day care worker for 12 years. She was a member of the Central Church of Christ in Haskell. Her hobbies included church work, flowers, and she especially enjoyed spending time with her kids and grandkids. Sharon was preceded in death by her sister, Phyllis Keith and her brother, Danny Ray Cox. Sharon is lovingly survived by her daughter, Amber Ozinga and her husband, Cole, of Haskell, OK; her parents, Ray and Mildred Cox of Haskell, OK; her brother, Curtis Cox and his wife, Margaret, of Haskell, OK; her three grandchildren, Colton Ozinga, Dylan Ozinga, and Raeleigh Ozinga; and numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 20, 2009 at the Central Church of Christ in Haskell with Roy Ramsey officiating. Interment will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery in Haskell.
