Samuel Kenneth Elliott

Samuel Kenneth Elliott, age 32, resident of Coweta, departed this life on Saturday, December 17, 2022 in Coweta, Oklahoma.  Sam was born on February 8, 1990 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Kenneth Howard and Donna Jean (Dill) Elliott.  He accepted Christ while at church camp, and was baptized at Emmanuel Southern Baptist Church.  As a youth, Sam participated in Boy Scouts and earned the highest rank, becoming an Eagle Scout.  Sam was a 2008 graduate of Coweta High School and then attended Northeastern State University where he received his Master’s degree in Business Administration.  He worked at AT&T as a Client Supervisor.  Sam was a member of Community Baptist Church in Coweta.  He greatly enjoyed the outdoors, nature, hunting, processing his own meat, planting trees, and gardening. Sam had a love for animals and raised chickens, ducks, and rabbits.

Samuel is survived by his parents, Kenneth and Donna Elliott of Coweta, Oklahoma; his maternal grandmother, Barbara Jean Dill of Coweta, Oklahoma; his paternal grandparents, George Howard and Georgia Mae Elliott of South Coffeyville, Kansas; his aunts and uncles, Donald and Jorinda Dill, Mike and Robyn Dill, and Richard and Kim Elliott; and his cousins, Joanie Elliott, David and Jessica Dill, Jessy and Jeremy Wilhite, Sarah and Nate Colwell, Linzy Dill, and Sydney Dill.

Sam was preceded in death by his brother, Dustin Wayne Elliott and his maternal grandfather, Paul Gene Dill.

Services celebrating Samuel’s life will be at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, December 21, 2022 at Community Baptist Church in Coweta, Oklahoma with Pastor Adam Mask officiating and Pastor Wayne Wall assisting.  He will be laid to rest at Vernon Cemetery in Coweta, Oklahoma.

Pallbearers are Richard Elliott, Donald Dill, Les Reid, Jonathan Rader, Caleb Hall, and Anthony Hall.  Honorary Pallbearers are Ron Sturgeon, Jeff Wilson, Eli Sturgeon, Vance Smith, Dr. Randall Marrs, and Bodie Wilson.
