Roy Lee Wales

August 13, 2011 Roy Lee Wales of Broken Arrow, 60, entered eternal life April 2, 2010 in Tulsa. He was born January 14, 1950 in Bakersfield, CA to Theo and Ilah (Emerson) Wales. In his early years, he worked as a welder and in the produce stands. A true communicator, he was a successful entrepreneur in various trades. Roy had the gift of gab. He was a 32nd Degree Mason. Roy enjoyed competitive softball and playing video games to calm his mind. He married Judy (Shanks) August 15, 1984 in Eureka Springs, AR. In addition to his loving wife Judy Wales, he is survived by his sons: Richard and Josey Wales and Roy Lee Wales, Jr.; daughters: Kim and Angie Wales; sister Brenda Porter; brothers: Michael, Ron, Richard and Jackie Wales; 6 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
