Rosie Lenora Kelley

Rosie Lenora Kelley, age 86, went to be with her Lord and Savior Tuesday morning, February 25, 2020 in Glenpool, OK. Rosie was born January 6, 1934 in Bunch, OK and was the daughter of John Tom and Pearlie Mae (Smith) Scott. She attended Dry Creek Church in Bunch OK. She worked at Green Leaf Nursery when she was younger for several years. In her free time, she visited with her sister Jane at the Cookson Hills Center where they did crafts and listened to music with friends. Rosie was a devoted homemaker who loved taking care of her family. She enjoyed gardening, sewing, and raising chickens. Rosie lived a very simple life in the country and enjoyed being outside. She loved her family and the time she spent with them. Rosie is survived by her children, Larry Glory, John Glory, Mabel Hagan, Connie Smith, and Mark Glory; 16 grandchildren, Olen Robbins, Carissa Turner, T.K. Robbins, Adam Smith, Elizabeth Ellis, Joshua Glory, Moria Slate, Nathan Glory, Anthony, Alicia Glory, Angela Glory, Kassie, April, Curtis Glory, and Christy; 23 great grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren; Oliver, Leah, Layla, and Ezra; 1 brother, Bill; 2 sisters, Grace Jane and Evelyn; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Rosie was preceded in death by her husbands, George Glory and Charles Kelley; her parents, John Tom and Pearlie Mae Scott; and 3 siblings, Robert "Short", Freeman, and Leeman. A memorial service celebrating Rosie's life will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, February 29, 2020 at Brown Funeral Home Chapel in Coweta, OK.
