Ronny Lewis Hood, age 47, of Indianapolis, Indiana departed this life on Thursday, September 3, 2009 after a tragic motorcycle accident in Bowling Green, Kentucky. He was born on December 9, 1961 in Guthrie, Oklahoma to Jack Lee Hood and Elsie Jane (Kingsley) Focken. Ronny graduated from high school in Indianapolis, Indiana and then he attended Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Indiana for two years. Ronny worked as a pharmacy technician for ten years. His hobbies included sky diving, motorcycles, and dancing. Ronny is lovingly survived by his mother, Elsie Jane Focken and her husband, Herb, of Coweta, Oklahoma; his father, Jack Hood of Alva, Oklahoma; two brothers, Jack Hood and Lonny Hood, both of Tucson, Arizona; four sisters, Marsha Hill of Dallas, Texas, Vickie Eubanks of Enid, Oklahoma, Mikel Focken of Coweta, Oklahoma, and Michelle Repp of Fort Cobb, Oklahoma; numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives. Funeral services for Ronny will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 8, 2009 at the First United Methodist Church in Coweta, Oklahoma with Rev. Susan Whitley officiating.
