Ronald Dean Carver

Ronald Dean Carver, age 89, resident of Coweta, OK passed away on Monday, January 16, 2017 at his home with his loving family by his side. He was born on January 8, 1928 to Roy and Bertha (Christian) Carver in Weer, OK. Ronald and Edna Louise Gilbert were united in marriage on May 3, 1947 in Van Buren, AR. Ronald worked in the oil field and was an owner/ operator of his own dump truck business until his retirement in 2002. Ronald was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Lucille Keele; three brothers, Clyde Carver, Charles Carver and Lester Carver; one grandson, Cody Montana Carver and one daughter-in-law Marlene Carver. Ronald is survived by his loving wife of 69 years, Edna Louise Carver of the home in Coweta; three sons, Ronnie Carver of Coweta, Darrel and wife Pam of Haskell, and Darren Carver and wife Sherry of Coweta; one daughter, Sharon Steeley and husband Wayne of Coweta. Also surviving are eleven grandchildren:
Lorrie Moon, Eddie Carver, Jeff Carver, Randy Sample, Stephanie Sample, Lee Carver, Jake Carver, Kerri Janes, Cameron Arnold, Brandon Arnold and Brittany Ross; twenty-two great-grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.
