Roger Dale Allison, age, 74, resident of Coweta, OK passed away peacefully on Wednesday afternoon, January 10, 2024, in Coweta, OK. He was born on March 21, 1949, in Muskogee, OK to Custer Danny and Fannie Odella (Pell) Allison. Roger's life was a testament to the love and joy he brought to those around him.

Roger grew up in Muskogee, where he attended local schools and laid the foundation for a life full of family, work, and happiness. He was known for his hardworking nature, spending many years as a dedicated carpet installer, a trade that showcased his meticulous attention to detail and his commitment to craftsmanship.

Above all, Roger was a family man. He is survived by his son, Roger Dale Allison of Sapulpa, OK, and three adoring grandchildren. His presence will also be deeply missed by his loving sisters, Joy Carver, Margie Christmas, and Judy Allison, all of Coweta, OK and his brother, Gary Allison, and wife Debbie of Harrison, AR, along with his stepsons John Garrett, Clifford Garrett, and Joe Garrett. His extended family of numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives will cherish the memories of the joy and laughter he brought to family gatherings.

Roger was preceded in death by his parents, Custer Danny and Fannie Odella Allison, and his brothers, Danny Allison, Glen Allison, and Tony Allison.

Roger's love for life was evident in his enjoyment of family get-togethers and the simple pleasure of spending time with his loved ones. His laughter and kind spirit were infectious, and he had a unique ability to make every family member feel special and loved.

Roger's passing leaves a void in the hearts of those who knew him, but his spirit will continue to live on through the stories told, the memories shared, and the love he instilled in his family. His was a life well-lived, full of the joys of companionship, the pride of a hard day's work, and the unconditional love of family. Roger will be deeply missed, but his legacy will forever be a beacon of light for those he leaves behind.

Visitation for Roger will be held from 12:00 - 8:00 PM on Wednesday, January 17, 2024, at Brown Funeral Home in Coweta, OK. A service celebrating Roger's life will take place at 11:00 AM on Thursday, January 18, 2024, at Brown Funeral Home Chapel in Coweta, OK, with Pastor Daryl Brewer officiating. Roger will be laid to rest at Three Rivers Cemetery in Okay, OK, where he will be surrounded by the beautiful Oklahoma landscape he so dearly loved.
