Robert Ray Roberts

Robert Ray "Bob" Roberts, Jr. of Coweta, age 52, passed away Sunday, July 15, 2012 at his home in Coweta, OK. Bob was born on November 27, 1959 in Aurora, IL and was the son of Robert Ray Roberts, Sr. and Margaret (Andries) Roberts. Bob was a 1978 graduate of Nathan Hale High School in Tulsa. Bob married Pamela Sue Hood on January 4, 1978 in Miami, OK. In 1979, he began working as a self-employed electrician. Bob enjoyed coaching baseball and softball, working on cars and he loved helping kids. Bob is survived by his wife, Pamela Roberts of the home; his parents, Robert and Margaret Roberts, Sr. of Mannford; his three children, Lee Allen Stewart of Coweta, Jeremy Wayne Roberts of Tulsa and Desiree Roberts of Coweta; his three brothers, Tony Roberts of Mannford, Joe Roberts of Mannford and Steve Roberts of Jenks; six grandchildren, Lauren, Brittany, Jessica, Clint, Justin and Madison; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and other relatives. A memorial service for Bob will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, July 20, 2012 at Wright-Brown Funeral Home Chapel in Coweta, OK with Pastor Ryan Fankhauser officiating.
