Robert Kellar

Robert W. Kellar of Coweta, age 76, passed away Monday morning, November 5, 2012 at Coweta Manor Nursing Home in Coweta, OK. Robert was born June 24, 1936 in Albany, NY to Freeman and Mary (Davis) Kellar. Robert was a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps serving from August 5, 1953 to July 26, 1954. Robert and Joan Kellar were married on October 31, 1969 and she preceded him in death on February 13, 2008. Robert worked as a plumber for 30 years until he retired. Robert was a member of the Odd Fellows Lodge. Robert is survived by his 6 children, Sandra Thomasson of Coweta, OK, Ted Kellar of Coweta, OK, Joan Holcome of Florida, David Kellar of Florida, Gordon Gregory of Wagoner, OK and Kelly Kellar of Coweta, OK; 1 brother, Ernie Kellar of New York; 12 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
