Robert Brewer

Robert Brewer Jr., age 78, of Coweta passed away Tuesday morning, December 20, 2011 at his home in Coweta, OK. Robert Jr. was known by relatives as Uncle Charlie and was born to Edith Roundtree and Robert Brewer Sr. on April 7, 1933 in Coweta, OK. Robert Jr. attended school in Coweta and Redbird, OK. Living in Coweta his entire lifetime. His attendance of church was Jackson Grove where he was known to found outside yet always inside spiritually. Robert Jr. was preceded in death by his father and mother, brothers and sisters, (brother) Lee Ellis (Uncle Ben), (sister) Tommie May (Aunt Tommie), (sister) Jimmie Lou (Aunt Jimmie), (brother) Roscoe (Uncle Tiny Tim), and (son) Hezra, a (granddaughter) Keshena. Robert Jr. leaves to mourning, wife, Elnora Brewer, sister, Florence Ruth, children, Eva, Mark and Homer, grandson's, DeAngelo and Benjamin, with a host of nieces, nephews and relatives that will miss him dearly. A Homegoing Celebration was held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 29, 2011 at Jackson Grove Baptist Church in Coweta, OK. Burial followed at Jackson Grove Cemetery.
