Paul Randolf Neumann, age 86, of Broken Arrow departed this life on Saturday evening, November 1, 2008 at his residence. He was born on May 3, 1922 in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, England to Randolf Cameron and Ellen (Williams) Neumann. Paul worked as an engineer until his retirement. He was also a writer/play writer and he owned and operated Dans Café in Dublin, Ireland. Paul and Wilma June Victory were united in marriage on January 20, 2006 in Miami, Oklahoma. In 2008, he moved from Blackpool, England. His hobbies included writing, traveling, and reading. Paul was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife, Catherine Maureen Neumann, 2 sisters, and 3 brothers. He is survived by his wife, Wilma June (Victory) Neumann of the home; his son, Paul Randolf Neumann of Spain; his daughter, Helena Catherine Neumann-Victory of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; 1 brother, Derek Armstrong of La Jolla, California; and 4 grandchildren, Catriona, Sarah, Claire, and Paul. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, November 7, 2008 at St. Anne Catholic Church in Broken Arrow with Father Michael Dodd officiating.
