Patricia Ruth Steighner

Patricia Ruth Steighner, age 81, from Muskogee passed away March 12, 2022 surrounded by her family.  Pat was born April 7, 1940 to Worth and Jewel Peterson in Coweta, OK. She attended Coweta Schools and graduated in 1958. She was a longtime member of the Immanuel Baptist Church in Muskogee. Pat was always on the go and loved taking trips with her daughters and grandchildren. She enjoyed sewing, cooking for her family and friends, and always looked forward to playing bridge with her friends. She had a special talent for quilting and loved making them. Most of all, Pat was dedicated to her family and loved spending time with them.  Pat is preceded in death by her parents, Worth and Jewel Peterson; brother Donald Peterson.  She leaves behind to cherish her memories, 2 daughters, Tanna Kincade & husband Greg of Oktaha and Kristen Breashears of Broken Arrow; 3 grandchildren, Jarrod Mullen of Broken Arrow, Keely Wilson & husband Kegan of Jenks and Fallon Hibbs (Ben) of Mulvane, KS; great grandchildren, Kenley Kober, Andrea Mullen, Hudson Mullen of Bald Knob, AR, Wrynlee Wilson and Wrylann Wilson of Jenks, and Kamden Humbolt of Mulvane, KS; nephew Gregory Peterson & wife Kristy; great niece Hannah Peterson, all of Cincinnati, OH; and many friends.  Memorial Services will be 2:00 pm, Tuesday March 15, 2022 at Brown Funeral Home in Coweta under the direction of Hibbs Funeral Home.
