Ollie Casey

Ollie Marie Casey, age 95, passed away on Friday, December 14, 2012 at the Clarehouse in Tulsa, OK. Ollie was born on November 11, 1917 in Inola, OK and was the daughter of Jack and Lottie (Hayhurst) McCann. Ollie and Alvin Casey were united in marriage on July 7, 1934 in Cleveland, OK. They moved from Kansas to Oklahoma in 1973. Ollie was a homemaker for most of her life. She attended the First Free Will Baptist Church. She enjoyed quilting and crocheting. Ollie is survived by her two daughters, Deloris Joice and her husband, Ernie of Coweta, and Linda Day and her husband, Harold, of Coweta; nine grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Ollie was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, two daughters, one granddaughter, one grandson, one great grandson, and one great-great grandson. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 18, 2012 at Wright-Brown Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Audie Abel officiating. Committal prayers and interment will follow at Vernon Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Don Nolde, Mike Nolde, Chris Nolde, Jerry Bennett, Peter Dewitt, and Terry Yungeberg.
