Norma Loraine Baucom

Norma Loraine "Lorie" Baucom, age 47, of Porter, OK passed away Saturday, August 2, 2014 at Wagoner Community Hospital in Wagoner, OK. Lorie was born on August 24, 1966 in Tulsa, OK to Bobby Lee and Martha Ann (Brown) Baucom. She planted flowers and shrubs at Tri B Nursery in Hulbert, OK. She also was a cook at Sherwood Manor Nursing Home. Lorie enjoyed painting, cooking, planting flowers, fishing, camping and she loved spending time with her family and grandsons. She was preceded in death by her father, Bobby Lee Baucom and 1 sister, Miranda Baucom. Lorie is survived by her mother, Martha Patton of Wagoner, OK; 2 sons, Allen Wayne Baucom & wife, Jamie, of Wagoner, OK and Bobby Ray Freeman of Tulsa, OK; 2 brothers, Freddy Baucom of Coweta, OK and Michael Baucom of Tulsa, OK; 4 sisters, Cheryl Baucom of Langley, OK, Deanna Baucom of Langley, OK, Bobbie Sue Baucom of Wagoner, OK and Christy Ann Baucom of Wagoner, OK; 2 grandsons, Deven Baucom and Dalton Baucom; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Viewing will be from 9 AM - 8 PM on Wednesday, August 6, 2014 at Wright-Brown Family Funeral Home. Funeral services celebrating the life of Lorie will be at 10 AM Thursday, August 7, 2014 at Porter Free Will Baptist Church in Porter, OK with Rev. Bobby Jenkins officiating. Committal prayers and interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery in Porter, OK. Pallbearers are Nicholas Baucom, Shelby Goodnight, Jerrod Goodnight, Jeffrey Goodnight, Anthony Sharrock and Steven Sowers.
