Nina Wise

Nina Bell Wise, age 83, of Sand Springs passed from this life on Wednesday, August 19, 2009 at Oakdale Manor in Sand Springs, OK surrounded by her loving family. Nina was born on May 26, 1926 in Coweta, OK to Carl E. and Bell (Murray) Greene. Nina received her education in the Coweta school system. She and Jim Wise were united in marriage on June 20, 1958 in Sand Springs, OK. Nina was employed by Kerr Glass for 25 years until her retirement in 1985. Her hobbies included fishing, camping, and she loved animals. Nina was preceded in death by her parents and two sons, Rusty Rosenthal and Jimmy Rosenthal. Nina is lovingly survived by her husband, Jim of the home; one step-daughter, Vickie Hill of Sand Springs, OK; three brothers, Clifford Greene, Edward Greene, and Johnnie Greene, all of Coweta, OK; two sisters, Helen Mullins of McKinleyville, CA and Pauline Hewitt of Coweta, OK; three grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, August 21, 2009 at Wright Funeral Home Chapel in Coweta, OK with Rev. David Jones of First Baptist Church officiating.
