Mittie Modene Phillips

August 12, 2011 Mittie Modene Phillips, age 66 years, 2 months and 6 days, entered eternal life August 30, 2009 in Oklahoma City, OK. She was born June 25, 1943 in Hobart, OK to James Edward and Minnie (Crawford) Sarver. Unselfish and compassionate, Mittie worked many years as a Nurse. She enjoyed reading and fishing, but most of all spending time with family. Mittie was preceded in death by her son Arnold Allen Phillips; and brother Jerry Sarver. She is survived by her loving children: Laura Knight of Oklahoma City, Grady Phillips of Hallett, OK, Deborah McLaughlin of Oklahoma City; grandchildren: Gary Roof and his wife Daysha, Michael Roof, Grady Phillips, Jr., Jacob Phillips, Allyson Phillips, Cody Carrigan and Halsley McLaughlin; great-grandchildren: Ryli Roof and Aiden Phillips; and sister Caroline Ives of Purcell, OK.
