Misty Timmons

Misty "Mimi" Timmons, age 29, of Tulsa passed away on Tuesday, April 3, 2012 at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa, OK. Misty was born on August 20, 1982 in Tulsa, OK to Brett and Saundra (Sellers) Timmons. She received her education in the Tulsa school system and graduated from Rogers High School. Misty enjoyed videos, babies, being with her siblings, and writing in her book. Misty is lovingly survived by her parents, Brett and Saundra Timmons of Tulsa, OK; one brother, Dustin Timmons of Tulsa, OK; six sisters, Natalie James, Tiffany Timmons, Kaitlynne Timmons, Victoria Timmons, Joy Timmons, and Elizabeth Timmons, all of Tulsa, OK; a friend, Pat Dey of Tulsa, OK; maternal grandparents, Grandma and Grandpa Kent Shieldnight; maternal grandfather, Grandpa Sellers of Tulsa, OK; and numerous cousins, aunts, and uncles. Misty was preceded in death by her maternal great grandmother, Laura Johnson, her paternal grandfather, Owen Timmons, and her Uncle A.J. Sellers. Funeral services for Misty will be at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, April 6, 2012 at Our Finest Hour Church in Broken Arrow, OK with Pastor Jerry Zirkle, Pastor Dan Zirkle, and Pastor John Exum officiating. Interment will follow at Vernon Cemetery in Coweta, OK. Pallbearers will be Kent Shieldnight, Dustin Timmons, Brody Morris, Keith Watson, Chuck Deprey, and Joel Zimmer.
