Michael Joseph Williams

Michael Joseph Williams, age 53, resident of Coweta departed this life on Tuesday morning, November 26, 2019 at St. John Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. Michael was born on August 31, 1966 in Broken Arrow, OK and was the son of Floyd Ray and Connie Irene (Creekmore) Williams. He was a graduate of Will Rogers High School in Tulsa. Michael worked for Sea Ray Boats Sykes Creek in Merritt Island, FL as a parts inspector for several years. He also previously worked at Jarboe Sales Company in Tulsa and Royal Vista Plastics in Tulsa. In June 2019, he married the love of his life, Micah Jo Timmons. Michael was very intelligent and was a very hard worker. He enjoyed music, playing the bass, spending time outdoors, and he loved his family, especially his grandchildren, Kynley, Judah, and Jack. Michael is survived by his wife, Micah Timmons of Coweta, OK; his three sons, Jesse Williams and wife Lincoln of Fayetteville, AR, Erik Thomas and wife Skye of Broken Arrow, OK, and Braden Thomas of Tulsa, OK; his father and step-mother, Ray and Linda Williams of Titusville, FL; his two sisters, Angella Remmers and husband Michael of Aurora, MO and Amanda Easey and husband Jim of Houston, TX; his three grandchildren, Kynley, Judah, and Jack; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Michael was preceded in death by his mother, Connie Irene Williams; one sister, Jennifer Williams; and two cousins, Johnny Brewer and David Brewer. Viewing will be from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Friday, November 29, 2019 at Brown Family Funeral Home. Services celebrating Michael's life will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 30, 2019 at The Church of God in Broken Arrow, OK with Pastor David Clawson officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in memory of Michael to the Oklahoma Cancer Specialist and Research Institute, 12697 East 51st Street South, Tulsa, OK 74146.
