Michael Wayne Carr of Coweta passed away on Saturday, August 4, 2007 at his home. He was 25 years old. Michael was born on June 12, 1982 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was the son of Wayne Frederick Carr and Karen Faye Harrison. He received his GED from the Thunderbird Academy. Michael was employed as a carpet layer for Marvin's Carpet for seven years. His hobbies included playing pool, golfing, music, and fishing. Survivors include his father, Wayne Carr of Coweta and his fiancé, Jeannie Allen of Broken Arrow; his mother, Karen Thetford of Broken Arrow; one sister, Tammy Reilbey of Inola; his paternal grandparents, Everett and Mary Baty of Coweta; his maternal grandmother, Myrtle Harrison of Broken Arrow; two nephews; and several aunts and uncles. Graveside services were at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 7, 2007 at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens in Broken Arrow, OK with Reverend Ben Ewing officiating.
