Michael Bratton

Michael Dean Bratton, age 58, of Coweta passed away peacefully, Saturday evening, August 17, 2013 at Haskell Care Center in Haskell, OK. Michael was born on July 27, 1955 in Tulsa, OK and was the son of Dean and Avis (Dibbern) Bratton. Michael was a 1973 graduate of Collinsville High School. Michael worked at Boeing as an Airplane Mechanic and Quality Control Inspector until he retired in 2007. He and Linda Bratton were married on May 4, 1998 in San Antonio, TX. Michael enjoyed fishing and hunting. Michael is survived by his wife, Linda Bratton of the home in Coweta, OK; his mother, Avis Bratton of Collinsville, OK; his daughters, Jennifer Asbury and husband, Jeremiah, of Lawton, OK and Kim Blaisdell and husband, Sean, of Omaha, NE; his step-son, Michael Ayers and wife, Leslie; his sisters, Ava Spencer and Sandy Willis; his brother, Bobby Bratton; 6 grandchildren, Julian, Seth, Rowan, Emily, Taylor and Alyx; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. Michael was preceded in death by his father, Dean Bratton. A memorial service for Michael will be held at 2:00 pm Friday, August 23, 2013 at Wright-Brown Family Funeral Home Chapel in Coweta, OK.
