Mary Christine North

Mary Christine North, age 68, resident of Coweta departed this life on Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at her home in Coweta, OK. Chris was born on August 8, 1951 in San Diego, CA and was the daughter of Otis and Twyla (Pitts) Sell. She was a hairdresser and also worked at Aero Engines and retired from Russell Electric. Chris enjoyed sewing and spending time with her family. Chris is survived by two sons, Charles "Eddie" Turner and wife Susan of Porter, OK and Todd Allen Turner and friend Rene of Sand Springs, OK; one daughter, Donnetta of Commanche, OK; one brother, Johnny Sell of Nevada; two step-sons, Brendon North and wife Mellissa of St. Louis, MO and Paul North of New Braunfels, TX; her ex-husband, Charlie Turner of Coweta, OK; eight grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Chris was preceded in death by her husband, Bobbie North; her parents, Otis and Twyla Sell; and one son, Tracy Sell. A graveside service for Chris will be at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, September 20, 2019 at Fort Gibson National Cemetery in Fort Gibson, OK.
