Mary Eleanor (Yeager) Human

Mary Eleanor Human, age 86, resident of Coweta went to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, August 12, 2021 at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  Mary was born on February 10, 1935 in Atoka County, Oklahoma and was the daughter of Paul C. and Fannie Mary Charlotte (Jackson) Yeager.  She married the love of her life, George M. Human on November 26, 1952 in Lubbock, Texas.  Mary worked side by side with George in construction and was a devoted homemaker who loved taking care of her family.  She was a faithful member of the Coweta Assembly of God.  Mary enjoyed reading her Bible, quilting, sewing, and family gatherings.

Mary is survived by her husband of 68 years, George Human of the home in Coweta, Oklahoma; five children, Sherry Tedder of Wagoner, Oklahoma, Charlotte Cruce and her husband David of Wagoner, Oklahoma, James Human and his wife Katrina of Ellenton, Florida, Macklin Human of Coweta, Oklahoma, and Loretta Rankins and her husband Danny of Coweta, Oklahoma; three brothers, W.G. Yeager and his wife Martha of Amber, Oklahoma, Charles Paul Yeager and his wife Carolyn of Shallowater, Texas, and John Richard Yeager and his wife Georgia of Durant, Oklahoma; one sister, Gail Adams and her husband Lonnie of Tulsa, Oklahoma; nine grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren; one great-great grandson; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Fannie Mary Charlotte Yeager; her son, Bruce Gregory Human; one son-in-law, Ronnie Tedder; two granddaughters, TaWanna Tedder and RoLinda Tedder; and one grandson, Greg Cruce.

Visitation will be from 5:00-7:00 PM on Sunday, August 15, 2021 at Brown Funeral Home in Coweta.  Services celebrating Mary’s life will be at 10:00 AM on Monday, August 16, 2021 at Coweta Assembly in Coweta, Oklahoma with Pastor Steve Lee officiating.  Mary will be laid to rest at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at Sunny Lane Cemetery in Del City, Oklahoma.

Pallbearers are Bryan Yeager, Wayne Adams, Kenny Adams, Clay Yeager, Robert Yeager, and Bill Wallace.

Honorary Pallbearers are John Tedder, Josh Steele, Bryan Shepherd, John Edmiston, Kyden Edmiston, and David Norton.
