Services celebrating the life of Mary Kathryn Green will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at Community Baptist Church in Coweta, OK with Pastor Adam Mask officiating. A private entombment will be in Floral Haven Memorial Gardens Heritage Mausoleum in Broken Arrow, OK. Mary Kathryn Green, also known as "Kathy", age 73, resident of Broken Arrow went to be with her Lord and Savior Saturday morning, February 15, 2020 at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa, OK. Kathy was born January 30, 1947 in Tulsa, OK and was the daughter of Loyal and Eva (Kirby) Penix. She was a 1965 graduate of Will Rogers High School in Tulsa. She married the love of her life, Milford Curtis Green on March 1, 1966 in Claremore, OK. Kathy worked at United Auto Workers Union 1895 and retired from Transport Workers Union 514 after 25 years. She was a faithful member of Community Baptist Church in Coweta. Kathy loved her dogs, Brownie, Skittles, and Molly and her cat, Patches. She enjoyed crocheting, reading, and she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Kathy is survived by her husband, Curtis Green of the home in Broken Arrow, OK; two sons, Curtis Green and wife Tracy of Broken Arrow, OK and Robert Green and wife Mandy of Broken Arrow, OK; five grandchildren, Haley Green, Hannah Green, Holly Green, Gavin Green, and Olivia Green; and numerous other relatives and friends.
