Marie Alice Sim

August 13, 2011 Marie Alice Simms of Broken Arrow, 86, entered eternal life December 14, 2009 in Tulsa. She was born June 8, 1923 in Broken Arrow to Jim and Bertie (Hodges) Wilson. Marie married George F. Simms and together they created a beautiful family. A wonderful homemaker and member of Northside Christian Church, she enjoyed watching her children play baseball and softball, fishing, picnics at the lake, cooking, especially during the Holidays, and NASCAR. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her daughter Randy Haney and granddaughter Amanda Haney. Marie is survived by her loving son Danny Simms; grandchildren: Lisa Lynch and her husband Todd, Jeff Simms and his wife Jackie; great-grandson Jackson Drymon Simms, all of Broken Arrow; and sister Irene Corp of Tecumseh, MO. Service: 2PM Thursday, December 17 at the Chapel;
