Margery Mae Davis

Margery Mae Davis of Catoosa, 87, went to be with her heavenly father on December 11, 2014. She was born July 30, 1927 to William Floyd Hughes and Helen Still in Sioux City, Iowa.
Margery is preceded in death by her parents, three sisters, five brothers, and her husbands, Arnold Harkness, and James L Davis, Jr.
Margery is remembered by her daughter: Bonnie Rhine of Catoosa; grandchildren:
Sabrina Newton of Broken Arrow and Sarah Jones of Catoosa; great-grandchildren:
Jessica Newton, Alisha Washburn. Austin Jones, Brooklyn Jones and Jaxson Stephens;
sister: Elva Tague of Kansas City and special friend: Gary Deien of Catoosa.
Margery enjoyed gardening (flowers and vegetables), dogs, reading the Bible, teaching Sunday school and cooking. She especially enjoyed mayonnaise cake with seven minute icing and fried chicken. Margery loved spending time with her family. Services will be held at 10 A.M. on Monday December 10, 2014 at Kennedy-Kennard Funeral and Cremation, 202 East Oak Street, Catoosa, Oklahoma 74015, kennedycares.com.
