September 15, 2011 Margaret Herndon of Broken Arrow, 81, a loving mother, grandmother and great-
grandmother, joined her Lord and Savior in Heaven September 13, 2011 in Denton, TX. She was born August 17, 1930 in Claremore to Everett Lawrence and Johnnie (Strickland)
Hoffman. She retired from the University of Tulsa. She was preceded in death by her husband Eugene Herndon, a Baptist minister of 37 years and founder of World Wide Ministries. Margaret enjoyed cooking, word searches, knitting, her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and serving in the role of a Preacher's wife. She is survived by her daughter Connie Alsop and son-in-law Tom of Highland Village, TX; grandchildren: Alicia Mitchell and her husband Jeff of Ft. Worth, TX , Melissa Klamm and her husband Jason of Madison, MS, and Ryan Alsop and his wife Mandy of Wagoner; great-grandchildren:
Grace Margaret Mitchell, Daniel Klamm, Ryleigh and Noah Alsop; siblings: E.L. and Frieda Hoffman of Claremore, John & Char Hoffman of Broken Bow, and Bill Hoffman of Broken Bow.
