Lynda Kayleen Booker

Lynda Kayleen Booker, age 64, resident of Coweta, Oklahoma went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday morning, January 28, 2022 at St. John Hospital in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.  Lynda was born on April 24, 1957 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Don and Norma (Purdom) Shockley.  She was a 1975 graduate of Coweta High School.  Lynda worked at Lowrance Electronics as a purchaser for 37 years.  She enjoyed sewing, arts and crafts, and she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.  Lynda also loved spending time with her two dogs, Coco and Rosie.

Lynda is survived by her two daughters, Jennifer Glover and her husband Greg of Muskogee, Oklahoma and Jessica Davis of Coweta, Oklahoma; her brother, Don Shockley of Coweta, Oklahoma; her sister, Lorie King and her husband Richard of Porter, Oklahoma; four grandchildren, Jacob Davis, Kaylee Clayton, Tana Glover, and Keegan Glover; her brother-in-law, Harold Harrell of Coweta, Oklahoma; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Lynda was preceded in death by her parents, Don and Norma Shockley and her sister, Lisa Harrell.

A memorial service celebrating Lynda’s life will be at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, February 2, 2022 at Brown Funeral Home Chapel in Coweta, Oklahoma with Rev. Shane Hickey officiating.
