Lloyd E. Eubanks, Jr., known affectionately by friends and family as Mike, resident of Haskell, Oklahoma, passed away on Saturday, November 9, 2024, in Haskell, Oklahoma, following a tragic accident. He was born on September 4, 1970, in Torrance, California. Mike's zest for life and his kind-hearted nature touched all who knew him throughout his 54 years.
Mike's professional life was marked by his tenure as a skilled machinist at National Oilwell Varco in Tulsa, Oklahoma. His commitment to his work was paralleled only by his involvement in various associations related to his trade, where he was well-respected by his colleagues for his expertise and work ethic.
In 1990, Mike married the love of his life, Theresa Mayberry, and together they welcomed their children, Jessica and William, who were Mike's greatest joys. His family was the cornerstone of his life, and he cherished every moment spent with them.
Mike is lovingly remembered by his wife, Theresa Eubanks; his daughter, Jessica Eubanks; his brother, Deverl Maserang; his sister, Renee Wilkins; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Tragically, Mike's journey came to an end alongside his beloved son, William Michael Eubanks. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lloyd E. Eubanks and Judith Ann Barrows.
Mike was a man of many interests, but none more so than his passion for bowling and his lifelong support of the Dallas Cowboys. His enthusiasm for his favorite team was infectious, and game days were always a special occasion in the Eubanks household.
Mike's sudden departure leaves a void in the hearts of those who knew him, but his spirit will continue to inspire and guide us. His laughter, his unwavering love for his family, and his passion for life will be remembered always. As we say goodbye to Mike, we take solace in knowing that his legacy will live on through the countless lives he touched.
A private family service will be held to honor Mike's life and legacy.
