Lester Mitchell

October 13, 2011 Lester William Mitchell of Locust Grove, 32, passed away October 5, 2011 at his home. He was born August 19, 1979 in Pryor to James Monroe and Wilma Louise (Mitchell)
Jennings, Jr. Lester grew up and attended school in Locust Grove. He played football in high school, after which he worked in construction. Most recently, he was a landscape technician. Lester enjoyed working on his computer, bowling and fishing. He had attended Cedar Crest Baptist Church and the Church of God in Prophecy in Murphy. Lester is survived by his father and mother; 5 siblings: Owen Mitchell, Jacqui Matthew, Crystal Sumner and her husband Blake, Sara Mitchell and Marcus Mitchell; nephew Kaylor Sumner; grandmother Lela Jennings; and numerous family and friends.
