Larue Mcneill Payne

August 15, 2012 LaRue McNeill Payne passed from this life on August 13, 2012 in Coweta, OK at the age of 76 years, 1 month and 17 days. She was born on June 27, 1936 in Indianola, MS to Malcolm, Sr. and Eloise (Shuttleworth) McNeill. LaRue loved to watch golf and collected elephant figurines. Her family enjoyed spending time outdoors and loved camping or spending time on Lake Tenkiller. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, daughter and sister and we will miss her dearly. LaRue was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Byrd Payne, Sr.; her parents, Malcolm, Sr. and Eloise; and one grandson, Thomas William Atkinson, IV. She is survived by her children, Allayne McEwan and husband Michael, Cynthia Atkinson, Deborah Payne, and Thomas B. Payne, Jr.; grandchildren, Jessica Sievert and husband Jay'son, Ashley McEwan, Benjamin McEwan, Alexandra McEwan, Brianna McEwan, Danielle McEwan, Jonathan Ketner and wife Kimberly Malat, Courtney Ketner and Jacob Atkinson; great grandchildren, Crysania Sievert, Raistlin Sievert and Quin Cox; brothers, Malcolm McNeill, Jr. and Wallace McNeill; and numerous other family members and friends. Visitation will be held from 5-7 on Wednesday, August 15, 2012 and a Graveside Service will be held at 11:00 Thursday at Park Grove Cemetery in Broken Arrow.
