Larry Wayne Reynolds

Larry Wayne Reynolds, age 49, resident of Coweta departed this life on Tuesday, July 23, 2019 at OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City, OK. Larry was born on December 17, 1969 in Tulsa, OK and was the son of Terry Wayne Reynolds and Carol Eunice (Patton) Longacre. He married the love of his life, Sonia Dee Hayes on September 15, 1989 in Coweta, OK. He worked at Davis H. Elliot Construction Company, Chris Roberts Trucking, and currently Yocham Trucking. Larry enjoyed making pens and spurs, doing leather work, watching old westerns on TV, and visiting with people. He loved telling jokes and making people laugh. He also loved going to auctions with his uncle Mark and loved watching Kolby rope. Larry is survived by his wife, Sonia Dee Reynolds of Coweta, OK; his son, Kolby Wayne Reynolds of Coweta, OK; his father and step-mother, Terry and Kelli Reynolds of Mannford, OK; his mother, Carol Longacre of Tulsa, OK; 2 brothers, Tommy Perry of Tulsa, OK and Evan Longacre of Sapulpa, OK; 2 sisters, Amy Birch and husband Kelly of Glenpool, OK and Lori Reynolds of Glenpool, OK; his maternal grandmother, Mildred Patton of Tulsa, OK; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Larry was preceded in death by his son, Dustin Reynolds; his maternal grandfather, Walter Patton; and his paternal grandparents, Joe Reynolds and Ruth Bowen. Viewing will be from 12:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 28, 2019 at Brown Family Funeral Home with the family present to receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Services celebrating Larry's life will be at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, July 29, 2019 at Coweta Assembly of God in Coweta, OK with Pastor Donald Hogue, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in Vernon Cemetery in Coweta, OK. Pallbearers are Bucket Thomas, Andy Thomas, Wayne Thomas, Monte Thomas, Paul Perry, and Brandon Wren. Honorary Pallbearers are Bryan Vandiver, Jason Long, Jeff Edwards, Kirt Wingate, Mark Bates, Mark Bills, Randy Poplin, Robert Hailey, Todd Thompson, and Tommy Kilgore.
