Larry Gerald Frakes

Larry Gerald Frakes, age 60, longtime resident of Tulsa departed this life Friday morning, April 24, 2020 at St. John Medical Center in Tulsa, OK.  Larry was born February 17, 1960 in Tulsa, OK and was the son of Bernard Eugene and Mary Leona (Smith) Frakes.  He graduated from East Central High School in Tulsa and then attended Okmulgee Tech where he received his Associate degree.  Larry worked as a machinist at Bell Helicopter in Fort Worth, TX.  He enjoyed flying kites and leather work.

Larry is survived by his wife, Sherry of Fort Worth, TX; his daughters, Alicia and Lauren of Fort Worth, TX; his grandchildren, Avery and Owen; his brothers, Garry of Owasso, OK, Bernie of Ft. Walton Beach, FL, and Dan of Owasso, OK; his sisters, Linda of Broken Arrow, OK, Kathy of Broken Arrow, OK, and Carol Ann of Bixby, OK; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Larry was preceded in death by his parents, Bernard and Leona Frakes.
