Kenneth John Lewis

April 4, 2012 Kenneth John Lewis, 71, went to be with the Lord on Monday, April 2, 2012. He was born on September 20, 1940 in Maryville, MO to Garland and Evelyn Lewis. Ken spent part of his childhood growing up in Missouri. The family moved several times from Missouri, to New Jersey and to Indiana. He met his wife, Darlene, in Angola, IN on a blind date in 1966. They were married on March 10, 1967 and hit the 45 years of marriage mark this year. Ken worked as a printer and was an instructor for the FAA. He enjoyed golf, tennis and Rush Limbaugh. Ken also enjoyed painting and his skills with oil painted landscapes are apparent all over his home. He is survived by his wife, Darlene K. Lewis of Broken Arrow, OK; brothers, Lee Edward Lewis of Mt. Laurel, NJ and Gary G. Lewis of Tulsa, OK;
and numerous other family members and friends. A celebration of Ken's life will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, April 6, 2012 at the Kenned-Kennard Funeral Home Chapel in Broken Arrow. www.kennedycares.com
