Keith Edward Cade, Sr.

December 18, 1963 — October 7, 2024

Coweta

Born December 18, 1963, to Milton and Mary Cade of Coweta, OK. Keith was a fun-loving person with a bright smile and personality to match. Keith graduated from Broken Arrow Public Schools in 1983.

He met and married Yolanda L. Manns in 1997 and they were blessed with five children, William, Deanna, Keith Jr., Nevaeh and Akasha.

Keith and Yolanda were married on December 7, they shared a loving marriage that was full of laughter and always eventful. If you know Yolanda and Keith, you were a witness to a special kind of love that was uniquely beautiful and always hilarious. She was his “Woman,” and he was her “Peanut Head.”

Keith pursued a career in Plumbing and HVAC and over the years worked for Jack Wills, DAS, Oil Capitol and most recently Air Comfort.

Keith had a pure love for God and that was evident by his lifelong membership and service at Jackson Grove Baptist Church. We will always remember his beautiful High Tenor sound as he rocked the house with his renditions of “Praise His Name, Somewhere Around the Throne and Holy Ghost.”

Keith was an avid fisher and loved every moment he shared with his sons, brothers, and nephews on the water. He was a loyal Pittsburgh Steelers and Yankees fan; and if you ever saw him drive you could see his love for NASCAR shining through.

“Big Keith” as Yolanda, family and close friends affectionately called him always made sure that laughter was a part of every family gathering and his signature dance moves to any Prince song was always a highlight of the gathering.

He was a loving brother, husband, father, grandfather, uncle, and friend. His greatest joys were his family and friends.

Those he leaves to mourn his passing are his wife of almost 27 years Yolanda, his children William Manns (Gabriel), Deanna Madrid (Louis), Keith Jr, Nevaeh, Akasha, and Sariyah. His grandchildren Giovanni, Peyton, KC, Cataleya, Sebastian, and Arin. He also shared a special bond with Melissa and Corey, who he claimed as his own.

Cherishing his memory will also be his siblings—Milton, Melvin (Patricia), William (Christine), Detra Younger, Opal Cade Rankin (Brian), Lester, George (Peggy), John (LaDonna), Doyle (Kim) and Karen Johnson (Rick). A beautiful host of nieces, nephews, friends, and his bonus brother James Manns will also cherish his memory.

Preceding him in eternal victory were his parents Milton and Mary Cade and grandparents.

We will always think of Keith for his “colorful expressions, “his favorite “coffee” and most importantly for his compassionate and caring spirit that he shared with whomever he met.

Keith, we know you entered those pearly gates with a wide smile and a loud “Howdy”!
