Katrina "Katie" Marie Thurman

Katrina "Katie" Marie Thurman, age 33, entered into the arms of Jesus on Friday, February 24, 2023 at her home in Coweta, Oklahoma.

Katie was born on November 1, 1989 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Stanley Otto and Barbara Sue (Lisenbee) Thurman. She graduated from Coweta High School in 2009. Katie enjoyed listening to various types of music, riding horses, and participating in Special Olympics. She will truly be missed by all that knew and loved her.

Katie is survived by her mother, Barbara Thurman of Coweta, Oklahoma; her three sisters, Juanina Lerch of Coweta, Oklahoma, Michelle Tucker of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and Robbyne (Thurman) Silkey of Coweta, Oklahoma; her three brothers, Burt Thurman of Beardstown, Illinois, Ray Thurman of Beardstown, Illinois, and Kevin Thurman of Quincy, Illinois; and numerous nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, other relatives, and friends.

Katie was preceded in death by her father, Stanley Thurman.

A private family service will be held for Katie.
