Katelynn Rene' Johnson

Katelynn Rene' Johnson of Coweta, age 16, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday morning, January 28, 2014 in Tulsa, OK. She was born on April 23, 1997 in Wagoner, OK and was the daughter of Jimmy E. and Tonya L. (Seay) Johnson. Katelynn was raised in Coweta and attended Coweta High School where she was currently a sophomore. She was very active in the First Baptist Church Youth. Katelynn enjoyed attending church, going to church camp and spending time with her friends and family. Katelynn is survived by her mother, Tonya Johnson of Coweta, OK; her father, Jimmy Johnson of Coweta, OK; 2 sisters, Lacey Johnson and Tiffany Johnson; 2 brothers, Tyler Johnson and Dalton Johnson; her paternal grandparents, Alfred "Sonny" and Jane Johnson of Porter, OK; her maternal grandparents, Sylvia Leazenby of Coweta, OK and Robert Seay, Sr. of Ft. Cobb, OK; 2 nephews; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends. Viewing for Katelynn will be Saturday, February 1, 2014 from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Sunday, February 2, 2014 from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 pm on Monday, February 3, 2014 at the First Baptist Church in Coweta, OK with Brett Wheeler officiating. Committal prayers and interment will follow in Vernon Cemetery in Coweta. Pallbearers are Shane Woodrow, Forrest French, Dalton Johnson, Jackson Shanks, J.T. Harrell, Brett Wheeler and Tyler Johnson. Honorary Pallbearers are Alfred Johnson, Jr., Larry Hall, Jeff Stockstill, Robert Seay II and Lacey Johnson.
