Judy K. Fowler, a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully at her home in Coweta, OK, on Saturday evening, September 16, 2023. Judy was born on November 13, 1950, in Tulsa, OK to Carlos B. and Naomi N. (Dollar) Barton.

Judy was a devoted homemaker, always ensuring that her home was a place of warmth and welcome for all who entered. She was a woman of many talents and interests. She was a girls soccer coach for the 12 and under team, an adult soccer player, a boy scout helper, and a Girl Scout Leader. Judy also enjoyed riding motorcycles, woodworking, and painting clothes. She had a special talent for making wedding and birthday cakes, each one a unique creation that reflected her love for the person celebrating.

Judy married the love of her life, Danny Ray Fowler, on January 8, 1984. Their love story was one of deep commitment and mutual respect, and their home was a testament to their shared values of family, community, and service. Judy was preceded in death by her husband, Danny, and her parents, Carlos B. and Naomi N. Barton.

Judy is survived by her daughter, Jody Lea Adams; her son, David Allen Adams and wife Tracy; her grandsons, Kirby R. Adams and Levi B. Adams; her granddaughters, April, Nicole, and Brittany; her great grandchildren, Dekota, Jade, Alley, Breanna, Christian, Emily, Zara, Corbin, Everley, and Elijah; her stepdaughters, Dana Getzfreid and husband Jerod and Regina McCoy; her siblings, Sonya Hill, Melvin Barton and wife Denice, Donna Weins, Carlos Barton, Rocky Barton, Sylvia Barton, Barbara Roberts and husband Keith, and Betty Jones and husband Steve. She also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives who will miss her dearly.

In accordance with Judy's wishes, no services will be held. She will be laid to rest at Vernon Cemetery in Coweta, OK. Her life was a testament to the power of love, service, and family, and her legacy will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
