Judy Ray Binter, age 78, resident of Haskell passed away Thursday evening, February 20, 2020 at Prairie House Assisted Living in Broken Arrow, OK. Judy was born July 27, 1941 in Coweta, OK and was the daughter of Edgar Allen and Clara Elsie (Casebolt) Aston. She was a graduate of Coweta High School. Judy worked as a Switching Specialist at General Telephone and Electronics Corporation for many years. Judy was very smart and loved astrology. There are no services planned for Judy.
